A nod to the harvest which the holiday of Sukkot celebrates, fruit and vegetables purchased from the nearby farmers' market form the walls. These surfaces disintegrate as the fruit and vegetables are taken. Inside, a collection of jams, pickles, and other preserves are available as reminders that winter is approaching.
